| IT was just great. I loved that there was shuffle board, b-ball court, jungle gym, etc outside, along with organized kids activities inside (my 9 y.o. did Wii 1 afternoon). The indoor pool was great-bigger than most hotel pools. The room was wonderful, breakfast was really tasty. All the staff we encountered were professional and pleasant. We couldn't ask for more. Before we left we booked another stay for June, since we loved it so much! |

| I hotel needs to educate the resturant staff on the coupons issued to the guests i had to send back the check to the hostess to correct the bill at all the times i ate at the resturant other vise the food was good |

| I reserved this room months in advance for a 30th anniversary.
On the Positives :
1.Pre-purchasing the breakfest with the room for $10more per day for both of us was an unexpected blessing... This motel has a fantastic breakfest buffet.
2.The heating system was very good, parking ok.
3.Staff very friendly
4.Cookies & punch during the day was great.
On the NEGATIVES,
1. The bathroom was just too small for the room considering the price of the room. It was a bathroom you would expect in a 1star motel, not a 4 star, big disappointment.
2. Winter Break, There were a lot of children and the noise at night was not handled well by the staff, even the parents were loud in the halls after 10pm. I had to call about the issue and it still was a problem
3. The pool too was over run by many children, there should have been times -late for just adults.
4. Another negative was the exercise room-real small only 5pieces for such a large hotel....the children's play room next door had more space and more items.
Overall,
We liked the location, and had a good time for the two days we stayed. But for the $$ it was a bit steep..The bathroom and noise were the main issues. Other than that this is a well kept motel, a bit pricey though. I expected more like an Embassy Suite, but this was at times like staying at a motel on Route 95. |

| Most everything was lovely except The hot tub is outside.....and for a grandmother & 5 yr old not acceptable for winter!
The key cards did not work well.....had to change cards twice and still didn't work very well..........have to put into door and pool door up to10 times!!.
Restuarant was very good! and kids eat free! |

| This is a great hotel, very clean, and has quite a bit of amenities. The room was very comfy, the only issues are that the AC/Heater unit is loud when it is on and the fitness center could be beefed up more. However, the pool, the restaurant and bar, the hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and more are wonderful! I would return! |

| Staff was friendly and responsive. The indoor pool was very nice (did not see the outdoor pool area). Very convenient location to the village and restaurants. I was with 3 young teens who really enjoyed it all, Beautiful view from the lobby. Breakfast buffet excellent. I would recommend this hotel to others. |

| We chose this location over the theme park hotel because of the cost savings. This was a great move. Right down the street from the parks, and I actually think the atmosphere is an improvment over the park hotel. Very clean, pleasant, relaxing, luxurious feel. Our daughter loved it. The breakfast buffett was great. We ordered room service, great food. Well worth the chance! |

| Great experience from check in to check out. The hotel has a contemporary feel to it even though our last visit was 39 years ago. I expect that it has recently undergone a comprehensive rennovation.
The room was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. Nice and quiet. A very nice setting with a nice view of Lake George.
It seemed just a bit on the pricey side for non season though we would definitely stay there again when visiting the area. |

| We chose this hotel based on reviews read prior to booking. Although more expensive than the rest of the hotels in the area, the stay was comfortable. Rooms were clean and spacious. Walkable distance from the lake and museums, etc.
Indoor pool is good, although water was a little cooler than I would like it. Outdoor jacuzzi was fun. They also have a little swing and slide park for kids, and a lifesize chess board and mini-golf that we didnt try out.
Breakfast included in the room charge (if you choose that option) only includes $20 of menu items.... buffet is only on the weekends, and we went during the week, so not as great a deal as we thought. But food was decent, not superlative but convenient to have a restaurant in house. |
